• Requests from generic emails (info@, sales@) or freemails (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) will not be processed.
• Make sure the firm details match a single company — the company name, website, and contact email should all refer to the same entity.
• Ensure the company name and website are accurate — both are primary identifiers used for account validation.
• Select the correct Partner Type (GovCon or PS).
