9:00am - 9:15am Welcome address by Deltek Product Director, Nick Nieder
9:15am - 10:00am ❯ Keynote: Paul Wilkinson, MD, PWcom.co.uk Ltd

There is widespread discussion of 'digital transformation' in architecture, engineering and construction (AEC). And with industry productivity lagging other sectors, adoption of digital approaches is seen as one way in which businesses can improve their efficiency and profitability.

However, simply digitising existing processes is not enough. Paul explores how the use of digital technologies can change a business model, forcing AEC businesses to look at their client relationships and to rethink their approaches to procurement, contracts, design and project delivery.

10:00am - 10:45am Deltek Client Speaker: Tony Scott, Digital Transformation Director, BuroHappold Engineering
10:45am - 11:00am Break
