You must be a small business as defined by the Small Business Administration's (SBA) size standards.

Owned and Controlled by Women

You must be able to prove that at least 51% of your company is owned and controlled by women who are U.S. citizens.

You must be able to prove that women on your staff are in leadership roles and management positions.
