Meet Size Standards

Be considered a small business according to the Small Business Administration's (SBA) size standards.

Ownership Standards

At least 51% owned and controlled by eligible entities such as U.S. citizens or specific organizations.

Location and Employees

Have its principal office located in a HUBZone with at least 35% of employees living in a HUBZone.
