Be small in size according to the SBA's size standards and at least 51% owned and controlled by U.S. citizens.

Meet Office Location Requirements

Be able to prove that its principal office is located within a designated HUBZone.

Meet Employee Location Rules

Be able to prove that at least 35% of its employees live within the HUBZone.
