GSA's Alliant 3 is a highly anticipated multiple agency indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) governmentwide acquisition contract (GWAC). Like the earlier Alliant 2, Alliant 3 is an unrestricted Best-In-Class (BIC) contract that is designed to provide federal agencies with comprehensive and flexible IT solutions. Primary Differences Between Alliant 3 and Alliant 2:

No Contract Ceiling or Pricing Submission

With no contract ceiling Alliant 3 can run to term and pricing will be competed at the task order level.

Doesn't Compete with GSA's Polaris

GSA's companion small business contract, Polaris, has already been submitted and is not being competed simultaneously.

New Technology Requirements

Alliant 3 contains new requirements for emerging technologies and small business engagement.
