Is there a special hotel room rate for the 2025 GCP Summit?
Yes, a block of rooms has been established for 2025 GCP Summit attendees for the nights of June 23, 24, 25 and 26, 2025. If you’re planning to arrive early or extend your stay, the group rate is offered three days prior and three days post, based on availability. Click here for additional information and to make your reservation. We strongly recommend you make your reservation as soon as possible; the room block will sell out quickly.

How do I book a room at the Government Per Diem Rate?
The special room rate for Summit attendees includes a limited number of rooms at the Government Per Diem Rate. You can click here to be directed to the hotel page of the Summit website for additional information and to make your reservation.

When do I need to make my hotel reservation by?
Hotel reservations must be made by June 1, 2025. We strongly recommend you make your reservation as soon as possible; the room block will sell out quickly.

Is there a fee for hotel parking?
The hotel offers self-parking, discounted for Summit attendees who have reservations in the group room block. Daily Rate: $39.00.

Will Wi-Fi be available at the hotel?
Yes, Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in both your guestroom (basic) and the meeting space.

Is there a shuttle from the San Diego International Airport to the San Diego Marriott Hotel & Marina?
Yes, complimentary airport shuttle service to and from the San Diego International Airport runs daily every 30-40 minutes from 4:45 AM – 12:00 AM.

Where is the 2025 GCP Summit taking place?
The 2025 GCP Summit takes place June 24 – 26 at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina.

Are continuing education credits offered if I attend the 2025 GCP Summit?
You will receive a certificate for training hours based on session attendance/participation. Training hours are not provided for General Sessions. The certificate will be emailed to you following the Summit.

What is the dress code?
All 2025 GCP Summit event attire is business casual.

Where can I submit my dietary requirements?
During registration, you will be asked to provide your dietary requirements. Accommodations will be provided for vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free restrictions. All other dietary restrictions will be accommodated based on availability.

How do I pay for my 2025 GCP Summit registration?
Upon completion of your registration, you will be asked to provide full payment via credit card. Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted.

Are registration discounts offered for the 2025 GCP Summit?
Discounts are available for ProPricer and Deltek customers, and groups of 5 or 10+ attendees from the same company, registered at the same time.

What is the cancellation policy?
Registration fee refund requests from registered attendees of the Government Contract Pricing Summit can be made by emailing gcpsummit@deltek.com.

For a full refund, cancellations must be received by February 28, 2025. For a 50% refund, cancellations must be received by May 23, 2025. No refunds will be provided after May 24, 2025.

What is included with registration for the 2025 GCP Summit?
Registration for the 2025 GCP Summit includes the following:

• Daily Breakfast and Lunch (3 days), the Welcome Reception and Farewell Party
• (3) General Sessions
• (12) Workshop Sessions

How do I modify my registration?
Click here to modify your registration. To begin, click on the Already registered link in the top right corner of the page. You will be prompted to enter the email address that you registered with and your registration confirmation number.

How do I sign up for the sessions that I want to attend at the 2025 GCP Summit?
You will receive an email from gcpsummit@deltek.com in early March 2025, when session enrollment opens.
