Deltek ProjectCon will be held at the beautiful Gaylord Palms located in Orlando, Florida, a destination known for its off-the-beaten-path adventures, endless sunshine and proximity to world-famous theme parks. All Deltek ProjectCon conference sessions will take place at the Gaylord Palms.

When booking your travel, we recommend arriving on Sunday, October 15 and departing on Thursday, October 19 to fully maximize your time at the event.

To keep up with the incredible demand to attend our annual event, we are pleased to offer five additional hotels to choose from for your stay during Deltek ProjectCon. In order to receive the Deltek ProjectCon reduced hotel rates, reservations must be made as part of the conference registration process. We recommend registering and making your hotel reservation as soon as possible, as hotel rooms will fill up quickly. Please note that all rooms are subject to availability.

Hotel reservations must be made before September 15, 2023 (or until room block is filled) to secure the special Deltek ProjectCon rates.

Free shuttle service between the hotels listed below and the Gaylord Palms will run Monday through Wednesday during conference times, and a schedule will be provided prior to the conference.
