To make the most of Deltek ProjectCon, we recommend arriving on Sunday, November 9 and departing Thursday, November 13.

Due to high demand, we’ve added more hotel options for your convenience. To receive our special conference rates and shuttle service, hotel reservations must be made through the event registration process. Rooms fill up fast, so we encourage you to register and book early.

We are thrilled to welcome over 3,000 attendees to this year's event at the stunning Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center in Denver, Colorado! To ensure everyone has a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we have secured rooms at the Gaylord Rockies and 6 nearby hotel properties. Complimentary shuttle service will be provided from all overflow hotels to the Gaylord Rockies for a smooth, stress-free commute.
