Deltek ProjectCon is our annual customer conference that unites thousands of project-based business professionals from around the globe for unmatched learning, networking and fun. Deltek ProjectCon delivers hundreds of educational and inspirational sessions covering a range of topics including industry trends, product tips and tricks, roadmaps, customer success stories and more.

Will there be a virtual component or virtual access?
Deltek ProjectCon will be an in-person event. For those who are unable to attend in person, we encourage you to sign up for our quarterly Customer Town Hall events. Our December Customer Town Halls will focus on the key takeaways from Deltek ProjectCon.
What is the cost to attend?
Our standard price is $2,050. We offer an early bird discount of $200 off standard pricing through July 31, 2024. Learn more.

What is the attire at Deltek ProjectCon?
Business casual attire including jeans and comfortable walking shoes are appropriate for sessions and functions during Deltek ProjectCon. As we are in a conference hotel, we advise packing a sweater or jacket for cooler conference rooms and evenings.
Are group discounts available?
Yes. Group discounts are available when 4 or more people attend. These rates are through October 11 and are good for NEW REGISTRATIONS ONLY. Learn more.

How does the group package registration work?
If you decide that the group package is for you and your team, please select “Group Package” prior to beginning the registration process. This will take you to the Order & Payment page where you will select the number of passes you wish to purchase and submit payment. Please note that this does not register you, if you wish to be a part of the group, you will need to take another step to register yourself to attend the event. You will receive an email from Deltek ProjectCon inviting you to login and register applying the group code manually. Make sure to choose the “Individual" path to register as you have already purchased your group package.
To extend the invitation to register others in your group, share the code with the person(s) you wish to invite to attend. They must log into the registration site themselves and enter the code on the payment page, select Conference Pass before completing their registration. You will also be able to invite them to register from your Attendee Portal under “Manage My Passes”. You will need their First, Last Name and email and then click “Invite” to send the invitation.
Members invited to register as part of your group will receive an email from Deltek ProjectCon with a registration link that will set their registration cost to $0. They will need to click the link, log in with their email address, reset their password and proceed through the “Individual” registration process.
How do I obtain a receipt for my registration fee?
You will receive a confirmation email once your registration is paid in full. This confirmation email will have your receipt attached. If you need it re-sent to you, please contact Deltek ProjectCon Support.
Am I able to pay by check?
Credit card payment is the only payment option for individual registrations.
Check payment is accepted for group packages. Please note that group payments are made out and sent to Deltek's event management partner, Nth Degree. Do not send your check to Deltek. Checks sent directly to Deltek will cause delays in confirming your registration(s) and/or guest ticket(s). Group payments by check must be received in order to move forward with your group’s conference registration. If payment is not received, the registrations may be canceled.
Any attendee with an outstanding payment upon arrival at the event will be asked to provide his/her personal credit card details to process payment. The credit card provided will be reimbursed once full payment has been received by our accounting department.
Who do I contact with questions about my Deltek ProjectCon invoice?
You will receive an invoice in your email confirmation. Additionally, on the confirmation page, it will show a recap of your order with a button to download your invoice which will serve as your receipt. For any additional questions or needed documentation, contact Deltek ProjectCon Support.
I registered for Deltek ProjectCon but cannot attend. What is the cancellation policy?
All Deltek ProjectCon registration and pre-conference workshop cancellations must be received in writing. Email your cancellation request to Deltek ProjectCon Support.
For a full refund, cancellations must be received by July 31, 2024. For a 50% refund, cancellations must be received by October 11, 2024. No refunds will be provided after October 12, 2024.
Hotel reservation cancellations and substitutions must be arranged directly with your hotel. Hotel cancellation policies may vary.
- No refunds will be provided for requests received after October 12, 2024, regardless of when the registration is received.
- If you need to cancel due to special circumstances, please message Deltek ProjectCon Support with your request for review.
- Deltek reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration at any time. Registrations canceled by Deltek will be fully refunded.
- Conference no-shows are ineligible for a refund.
- Please remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. You are responsible for canceling your own hotel and travel reservations.
- Registration and attendance for Deltek ProjectCon is open to attendees 21 years of age and older. Prices and inclusions subject to change.
I registered for Deltek ProjectCon but cannot attend. Can I send a substitute in my place?
Yes. Substitutions must be made in writing to Deltek ProjectCon Support.
Please include the name, email address, company and title of both the original and substitute registrant and/or guest in the message. Substitutions may be made at any time prior to November 1, 2024. Any change or cancellation of travel reservations is the exclusive responsibility of the registrant and/or guest. One substitution will be granted without penalty. Second substitution will incur a $150 administrative fee.
Are there special conference hotel rates?
Yes! Deltek ProjectCon has reserved special conference rates for our attendees at the following hotels:

- Residence Inn National Harbor
Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so book early to guarantee your hotel choice and discounted rate. You must be a registered attendee to reserve your hotel.
Will CPEs be offered for attending Deltek ProjectCon?
Yes, Deltek ProjectCon offers high-quality Continuing Performance Education developed and prepared in accordance with the standards, requirements and guidelines set by NASBA.

How do I claim CPEs for Deltek ProjectCon?
Attendees must present their name badge with the barcode and scan in and out of each session they attend. They will receive documentation of session attendance following the conference in accordance with the standards of the National Registry of CPE Sponsors, CPE credits will be granted based on a 50‐minute hour.
Attendees will be able to access their CPE letter from the Attendee Portal and can download their certificate following the event.
Are you offering Pre-Conference Workshops?
Yes. Deltek University will be hosting three-hour in-depth training sessions for Ajera, ComputerEase, Costpoint, TIP Technologies, Unionpoint and Vantagepoint customers. These pre-conference workshops take place on Tuesday, November 12 from 9:00 a.m. – 12:000 p.m. ET. There is $595 registration fee per workshop and these Group Live sessions will qualify for three NASBA credits each. You can select your Pre-Conference Workshop during registration.
