What is Deltek ProjectCon?

Deltek ProjectCon is our annual customer conference that unites thousands of project-focused professionals from around the globe for unmatched learning, networking and fun. Deltek ProjectCon delivers hundreds of educational and inspirational sessions covering a range of topics including industry trends, product tips and tricks, customer success stories and more.

Why did you change the name from Deltek Insight?

We wanted to rename our annual conference to something that better reflects our commitment to powering project success, and since this is the premier conference for project-based businesses, we felt that Deltek ProjectCon (con = short for conference) more accurately captures the spirit of the event.

When and where will Deltek ProjectCon 2022 take place?

This year, Deltek ProjectCon is returning as an in-person experience that will take place on November 15-18, 2022 at the Gaylord Opryland in Nashville, TN.

Will there be a virtual component or virtual access?

Deltek ProjectCon will be an in-person event. For those who are unable to attend in person, we encourage you to sign up for our quarterly Customer Town Hall events. Our December Customer Town Halls will focus on the key takeaways from Deltek ProjectCon.

What is the cost to attend?

The cost is $2,050 through the standard registration period, which expires on October 14. Learn more.

Are group discounts available?

Yes. Group discounts are available when 5 or more people attend. These rates are throughout the registration period and are good for NEW REGISTRATIONS ONLY. Learn more.

How do I obtain a receipt for my registration fee?

You will receive a confirmation email once your registration is paid in full. This confirmation email will have your receipt attached. If you need it re-sent to you, you can contact our Deltek ProjectCon help team.

Am I able to pay by check?

No, credit card payment is the only payment option for individual registrations.

However, check payment is accepted for group packages. Please note that group payments are made out to and sent to Deltek's event management partner, Rainfocus. Do not send your check to Deltek. Checks sent directly to Deltek will cause delays in confirming your registration(s) and/or guest ticket(s). Please make the check payable to Rainfocus and mail or overnight with the attendee’s name(s) and invoice number(s) to:

Payments by check must be received in order to move forward with your group's conference registration. If payment is not received, the registrations may be cancelled.

Who do I contact with questions about my Deltek ProjectCon invoice?

You will receive an invoice in your email confirmation. Additionally, on the confirmation page, it will show a recap of your order with a button to download your invoice which will serve as your receipt. For any additional questions or needed documentation, contact the Deltek ProjectCon Help team.

I registered for Deltek ProjectCon but I cannot attend. What is the cancellation policy?
  • Cancellation requests must be sent via email to the Deltek ProjectCon help team.
  • Cancellation requests received by 11:59 p.m. ET on Friday, October 14, 2022 will receive a full refund.
  • No refunds will be provided for requests received after October 14, 2022, regardless of when the registration is received.
  • Conference no-shows are ineligible for a refund.
  • Please remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. You are responsible for canceling your own hotel and travel reservations.
  • Deltek reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration at any time. Registrations cancelled by Deltek will be fully refunded.
I registered for Deltek ProjectCon but I cannot attend. Can I send a substitute in my place?

Yes. Substitutions must be made in writing to the Deltek ProjectCon team. Please include the names and email addresses of both the original and substitute registrant and/or guest in the message. Substitutions may be made at any time prior to October 14, 2022. Any change or cancellation of travel reservations is the exclusive responsibility of the registrant and/or guest. One substitution will be granted without penalty. Second substitution will incur a $150 administrative fee.

How can I book a hotel room?

You can make your hotel reservations for Deltek ProjectCon 2022 during the registration process. If you have already registered and need to add a hotel room, you may do so through your Deltek ProjectCon 2022 Registration Dashboard. Please do not contact the hotel directly.

How much does a hotel room cost?

Deltek has secured a discounted rate of $269 plus tax per room, per night room rate. A $25 + tax per room, per night resort fee will be added to the guest room rate. Fee covers several amenities including: hotel-wide Internet access, unlimited local and long distance calls, daily shuttle to Opry Mills & The Inn at Opryland, shuttle to Grand Ole Opry and General Jackson Showboat performances, bottled water (2 daily), daily credit of up to $10 per room toward dry cleaning (not cumulative), transportation to Gaylord Springs Golf Links, practice range access, daily bucket of balls.

Deltek has secured a small group of government discounted rooms at $223 + tax and resort fee, per night, per room. A government issued photo ID will be required upon hotel check-in. These rooms are on a first come, first served basis.

Can I book a group of rooms?

Group room blocks are not available at this time. Each hotel reservation must be booked individually through the registration process. If you have already registered and need to add a hotel room, you may do so through your Deltek ProjectCon 2022 Registration Dashboard.

Do I need a deposit to book a hotel room?

Reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit for the first night's guestroom and tax and resort fee charge. The first night's guestroom and tax charge, per guestroom, will be billed to the cardholder's account on or around October 17, 2022. A credit card will need to be presented upon check-in and an additional deposit hold will be required for incidental charges during your stay.

Will I receive a hotel confirmation email?

Your registration and hotel confirmation will be two separate emails. Initially, your hotel acknowledgement should be used as documentation that your hotel reservation is booked. After October 17th, you will receive an email directly from the hotel that will contain the confirmation number that you can provide when checking in.

What is the hotel cancellation policy?

The Gaylord Opryland allows individual attendee cancellations without penalty up to 3 days prior to the attendee's scheduled arrival date. The hotel will charge individual attendee one (1) night's guestroom rate plus tax for cancellations within 3 days of the scheduled arrival date or failure of the individual attendee to check-in on the scheduled arrival date (each a "no-show").

I booked a room directly through the hotel. How do I still receive the Deltek discounted rate?

To receive the discounted Deltek room rate, you will need to cancel your first hotel booking directly with the hotel and re-book your room through the registration Dashboard.

The nearest airport is Nashville International Airport (BNA) — 8.6 mi, or approximately 30 minutes via taxi.

Will CPEs be offered for attending Deltek ProjectCon?

Yes, Deltek ProjectCon offers high-quality Continuing Performance Education developed and prepared in accordance to the standards, requirements and guidelines set by NASBA.

In accordance with these Standards, relevant group live training details are disclosed to learners in advance via the session catalog. The number of CPE credits awarded varies for each attendee based on their schedule and whether or not they take a pre-conference workshop. A maximum of 13 CPE Credits may be earned if you also add a pre-conference workshop.

How do I claim CPEs for Deltek ProjectCon?

Attendees must present their name badge with the barcode and scan in and out of each session they attend. They will receive documentation of session attendance within 60 days of the conference in accordance with the standards of the National Registry of CPE Sponsors, CPE credits will be granted based on a 50‐minute hour.

Are you offering Pre-Conference Workshops?

Yes. Deltek University will be offering 3-hour in-depth training sessions for Costpoint, Vantagepoint, Vision, Talent and ComputerEase customers. These Pre-Conference Workshops will take place on Tuesday from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. CT. The $495 registration fee includes breakfast and these Group Live sessions will qualify for three NASBA credits.
