Vision CRM Workshops

Vision Fundamentals CRM

The Vision CRM modules of Deltek's enterprise solution give your firm an advantage over your competition by putting your clients at the center of your business. In this workshop, we'll focus on the iAccess Business Development workspace and work through system processes similar to those used by your business development and marketing teams to track client and contact relationships and record and monitor pursuits in your pipeline. We also do a deep dive into key CRM reports, such as Contact Mailing Lists, Opportunity Proposal Logs, Pipeline Forecasting, and Hit Rates.

Vision Advanced CRM Workshop

The Vision Custom Proposals and US Government Forms modules of Deltek's enterprise solution provide your firm a single source to store qualifications and experience that are easily accessible for use in submissions to win new work. In this workshop, you get everything you need to gain a clear understanding of where and how best to enter and maintain data for use on resumes, project sheets/case studies, firm profiles, reference lists, and the US government form SF330. These modules streamline production of submissions, minimizing preparation time and improving communication among the proposal team.

Vision Project Management Workshops

Vision Fundamental Project Manager Workshop

Focused on best practices, our Deltek experts will give you all of the pieces to put together an environment that will allow your project manager to stand out in the things that matter to your firm. This workshop splits time spent on hands-on exercises in Vision and presenting key concepts that will provide instant impact. A few agenda items include PM Dashboards, Project Budgeting, Project Alerts, Key Project Metrics, AP and Invoice Approvals, and getting the most out of Reporting. We will also give a high-level overview and demonstration of Vantagepoint, focused on the new features that have the potential to impact your project managers the most.

Vision Advanced Project Manager Workshop

With a focus on Planning and Resource Management, our Deltek experts will provide you with a deep dive into how to maximize Vision in several areas to help streamline your processes, provide impact to productivity, and keep your project managers focused on results. Some key agenda items include Resource Management, Consultants Accruals, Advanced Planning Tips & Tricks, and Fee Estimation. We will also show how new features in Vantagepoint will change how project managers use the software and provide some road maps for where we see this technology going in the future.

Vision Fundamental Financial Workshop

Deltek’s Vision Financial Workshop is designed for beginner finance staff or experienced users that know that they are not taking full advantage of the features that Vision offers. We will discuss topics such as Organizational Structure, Financial Reporting, and Key Financial Metrics that Deltek feels are important to your firm’s success. Attendees will have access to hands on activities that will reinforce learning and allow for meaningful Q&A. Newer system features like credit card processing, billing features, and dashboards will also be discussed. Additionally, workshop attendees will learn about what they can be doing to prepare for the migration to Vantagepoint. After the workshop, attendees will have a clearer picture of what Vision could be for their firm and have the ability to bring back knowledge of how to implement small changes that may have a huge impact.

Deltek Vision is a complex software that includes an overwhelming number of features and options to its users. It is difficult to know which of these features will benefit your firm. Deltek’s Advanced Financial Workshop is designed for companies that wish to use some of the product’s more advanced functionality. In this workshop, attendees will learn about how Vision can help them grow and manage their business while leveraging the software for its intended use. Topics will include Multi-Company, Multi-Currency, and Advanced Revenue Recognition functionality. Attendees will have access to hands on activities that will reinforce learning and allow for meaningful Q&A. System features such as Workflow, advanced billing features, and the new Purchasing and Asset Management modules will also be reviewed. Additionally, workshop attendees will learn about what they can be doing to prepare for the migration to Vantagepoint.
